A note on widgets. Top Charts, Made For You and Live Radio work on every install — they read the catalogue directly and need nothing from the app. Now Playing, Recently Played and Pinned show what you're actually listening to, which reaches them through an App Group.
If those three widgets read "Widget data is locked", your signer dropped the group instead of rewriting it. The other three keep working regardless.
Change Log
Two things made a song jump in its first minute. With Repeat One on and a transition set, the song about to loop back was never kept on the device, so every lap pulled the full file down again onto the second deck while the song was playing — that was the stutter right before the second verse. The song is now cached once and the loop stages the file. Separately, editing the queue while AutoMix had a transition planned made the mixer restore the live song's audio mix and then write a new one straight after; on a phone every one of those writes is a short dropout. The restore now waits a moment and is skipped when a new plan replaces it. Skipping quickly through an album could leave a song that refused to load — even one already downloaded. A deck that had failed once (a Dolby Atmos pull that never arrived) was left unable to start anything, and because the other deck kept working the rebuild that exists for this never fired. Failures are now counted per deck, and a deck that cannot start a local file triggers the rebuild at once instead of skipping the song. Every animation had been capped at 60 Hz on ProMotion iPhones; the Now Playing fold, the lyric springs and the transitions now run at 120 Hz. Closing the player keeps your finger's momentum after you let go and then folds the cover into the bar, the way Apple Music does. On Lyrics and Queue, when the controls have hidden themselves and you tap the artwork, the controls come back first and then the page folds — it used to snap. Settings on a light theme was unreadable, dark cards with dark text; the cards are white on the theme's page colour now.
